Why Digital-Health Capacity Matters in Liberia
Health systems everywhere are adopting digital tools and AI faster than workforces can safely absorb them. Without deliberate training, technology can outpace the judgment needed to use it well — creating risk instead of benefit. LDHI exists to close that gap: building a workforce that understands both what these tools can do and where their limits are, so technology strengthens care rather than complicating it.
This work matters especially in a growing, resource-conscious health system, where practical, locally grounded skills — not imported assumptions — determine whether digital investment actually improves outcomes.
